Our inventory is large enough that other hydraulic businesses regularly contact us looking for parts they don't have and sometimes send their customers directly to our shop.

Hydraulic Hoses Made While You Wait
A broken hydraulic hose can stop an entire machine—and sometimes an entire jobsite.
Bring the damaged hose to our Mount Ephraim shop and our technicians can inspect the hose size, PSI rating, threads and end fittings while also determining what equipment and application the hose is being used for.
Once we've identified the correct components, we'll build the replacement hose while you wait. Many common hydraulic hose assemblies can be completed in about five minutes.
That's a major difference when every minute of equipment downtime costs money.
We Don't Just Make a Hose That Fits
This is one of the strongest pieces of educational content from the owner, and I would absolutely include it.
A replacement hydraulic hose shouldn't be selected simply because it physically fits.
Different hose materials are designed for different fluids, pressures, temperatures and types of movement. Standard hydraulic hose, for example, isn't appropriate for every application. Certain fluids can deteriorate incompatible hose materials from the inside, while applications involving constant movement may require a hose specifically designed for that environment.
Our technicians consider the fluid, working pressure, temperature, movement and equipment application when helping determine the appropriate hose.

Fast Hydraulic Cylinder Repair
Hydraulic cylinder repair is another area where experience and turnaround matter.
Our process can include disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring the existing seals, sourcing replacement seals, rebuilding the cylinder and, where appropriate, pressure testing.
While every repair is different, many of our cylinder reseals are completed in approximately 24 hours, compared with the roughly two-week turnaround customers may encounter elsewhere.
One recent customer brought us a failed skid-steer cylinder on a Thursday after the machine broke down at the beginning of a job. We had the cylinder repaired and back to him by lunchtime Friday so he could return to the project for the weekend.
